Mrs. Sudha R. Cadabam is the lady who adds charm to the CADABAM’S Group by her personal involvement in creating a homely environment at the Centre. She has been with CADABAM’S through all its stages of progress and evolution. Her graduation from the science field, the personal touch and her dedication is totally towards the cause for the betterment of Mental Health Care. This enabled her to guide and channel the daily functioning’s at the Centre. She plays a vital role in the functionality of CADABAM’S Group Centres as she facilitates and guides staff in various departments to approach their work in a manner which will best help them to create a comfortable environment for the Residents. |

Ms. M.K. Saraswathi is the person who played a pivotal role in structuring CADABAM’S as a professional Psychiatric Care Unit. She is a qualified psychologist, who has pursued her MA in Psychology from Mysore University, and has played a very crucial role in the expansion and growth of CADABAM’S Group. Her expertise as an Administrator brings in the experience and the most needed knowledge in the functioning of CADABAM’S Psycho-Social Rehabilitation centres. It is an extremely commendable achievement of putting up a Psychiatric Care Unit of this potential on such great structured and professional lines. |

A graduate in the field of business and commerce with a degree in M. Com and BBM has bought in the much needed orientation to better organize the flow of the work management at CADABAM’S Group institution. He is the person behind initiating Training and Block Placements for nursing students from various colleges and institutions spread across Karnataka and also from the neighbouring states off late. Having been in this field for about ten years he has mastered almost all the operational techniques and follows a strict control mechanism for the CADABAM’s group. Consequently, his charisma and energy provides the organization clear operational road map. |

Mr. Sandesh R. Cadabam has M.Sc. in International Business & Management from Manchester Business School, UK after accomplishing his BBA from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, Bangalore. He has been actively involved in various business endeavours of CADABAM’S Group from his childhood days, which has helped him master and introduces further process and structure to enhance better services offered by CADABAM’S. Being an eminent member of the CADABAM’S Group, the centres will have a novel dimension to expand into newer areas and adapt the activities to meet the best described standards. |

So far, Mr. Shreyas R. Cadabam is the youngest member and the son of Mr. Cadabam Ramesh and Mrs. Sudha R. Cadabam and has seen the centre flourish from his childhood days. He is pursuing a career in medicine and is currently a student of 1st M.B.B.S. He has personally envisioned goals of his life on the lines of what he can offer to CADABAM’S Group on the long run; this in itself is the biggest asset for the CADABAM’S Group. With an inclination towards the field of psychology and with the backing of an M.B.B.S. degree, it clearly directs and streamlines his career in the field of Mental Health Care. |
